PDF Pro can export PDF files to two word file formats: .doc or .rtf.
Note: Converting a PDF to Word is a difficult process and poses various potential problems, with the most common being formatting issues like loss of formatting.
How to convert your file from PDF to Word:
- Open your PDF in PDF Pro and click on the “Create” tab, then click "To Word", which is located in the "Convert" section.
- In the dialogue window, select the destination folder, conversion mode, and pages you'd like to convert, then press "Start".
Conversion Modes:
Flowing
The most useful and common type of conversion for editing. The resulting Word document looks as if it was typed naturally; the layout of the Word document is created without using text boxes.
Exact
The fastest and most precise conversion mode. The resulting Word document looks exact like a PDF.
Continuous
The converted Word document is created with text boxes grouped in blocks. The best compromise between Flowing and Exact.
